Shay represents corporations and dealerships in pre-litigation and litigation matters and also has experience facilitating buys/sells. Working on trials in federal court, state court, and administrative forums has provided her with significant experience in all phases of litigation, ranging from discovery, motions practice, and witness preparation.

Shay is an associate in the automotive group, which has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leader in the category of Transportation: Road (Carriage/Commercial).

Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Shay was a graduate research assistant for the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Life Beyond the Law

Shay’s interests include rock climbing, volleyball, and attending comedy shows.
