Arent Fox worked with Marriott International, Inc., in the sale, joint venture and renovation of the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort in Oahu, Hawaii. The project included securitization of the senior loan by Bank of America, and subsequent multimillion-dollar construction financing and mezzanine loan.
