Represented private investors of Reilly Mortgage Group, Inc. (which primarily owned the largest series of pools of FHA insured multifamily mortgage servicing rights) in connection with their acquisition from the Resolution Trust Corporation, and the subsequent acquisition by Reilly Mortgage Group, Inc. of all of the FHA insured mortgage servicing rights of USGI (the second largest servicer of FHA insured multifamily mortgage loans).
