Acadia Realty Trust in connection with its purchase of the leasehold interests in Albee Square and an adjacent parking garage in downtown Brooklyn.  The redevelopment of Albee Square/City Point in downtown Brooklyn is a mixed-use project, containing approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail, office, and residential space, and is expected to be an important step for furthering the commercial and residential renaissance of downtown Brooklyn.
