Represented the local redevelopment authority in drafting a modification to the programmatic agreement among the US Department of the Navy, US Department of State, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation with respect to a naval air station located in Illinois. Also assisted in developing a marketing plan, with tax incentives, for the reuse of a historic hanger.
