One Bryant Park, a joint venture between Bank of America and the Durst Organization, in connection with the development, financing and restructuring of Bank of America’s $1.2 billion headquarters building in New York City.  This development includes office space, a Broadway theater, and subway improvements, and contained numerous complexities such as state condemnation, subway agreements, ground leases, theater agreements, springing leases, and license agreements.
