Arent Fox represented Portals Development Associates Limited Partnership, as landlord, in connection with the leasing of the Portals project, a $1 billion mixed-use project in Washington, DC that includes 1.6 million square feet of Class-A office space and 31,000 square feet of retail in this reborn part of downtown Washington, with an additional 1 million square feet of Class-A office space to be developed.
