    Represented the special servicer of a REMIC trust with respect to the negotiation of a complicated forbearance agreement with the borrower under a defaulted $27 million first mortgage loan on the Frederick Town Mall located in Frederick, Maryland, which ultimately concluded 18 months later with the sale of the defaulted loan by the special servicer at par, together with all accrued interest and fees, resulting in no loss to the REMIC trust.
