Arent Fox Named Strategic Affiliate for 2012 Mobile Health (mHealth) Summit; Slated to Provide “Office Hours” for Startups
Attorneys and other professionals from Arent Fox LLP’s Food and Drug, Government Relations, Corporate, Health Care, Intellectual Property, and Telecommunications practices will meet with innovative startup companies to answer questions during special “office hours” at the 4th annual mHealth Summit. Arent Fox has been named a strategic affiliate of the 2012 mHealth Summit in recognition of its unique experience in the most important areas of practice for the rapidly emerging mHealth market.
During the three-day conference being held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center outside of Washington, DC from December 3-5, Arent Fox professionals will meet with as many innovators as possible during specified “office hours” at the Gaylord to discuss regulation by various federal agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, and Federal Communications Commission.
The 4th annual mHealth Summit aims to bring together over 5,000 leaders from government, business, academia, and the mHealth industry to promote a collaborative use of wireless technology that is designed to improve health service. The forum will provide an overview on the latest business, finance, policy, and technical issues, while establishing a dialogue to identify and accelerate cross-cutting value chains and sustainable mHealth business models.
