Arent Fox partner Lisa Estrada and associate David Greenberg have been published in the most recent edition of Health Lawyers Weekly, the official publication of the American Health Lawyers Association.

The article examines recent developments involving legal actions against commercial insurers alleging improper manipulation of out-of-network reimbursement rates. It was recently announced that insurance companies UnitedHealth Group, Inc. and Aetna, Inc. have agreed to pay a combined $70 million to resolve allegations brought by a New York State Attorney General investigation. On the heels of that announcement, a $350 million settlement was proposed in a class action lawsuit initiated by the American Medical Association.
