Lisa's article, "A Roadblock for Quality of Care Under the False Claims Act?," explores the possible emergence of a possible trend favoring defendants in False Claims Act cases, which, "if it holds, promises to significantly and negatively impact efforts by both government and FCA whistleblowers to use the FCA as a vehicle for policing health care quality of care of issues."
