Arent Fox member David Gryce and former associate Roxanne Esch contributed as authors of a 46-page chapter on "Data Protection and Transborder Dataflows: Balancing Proprietary and Privacy Rights" in the Center for International Legal Studies treatise Legal Issues in the Global Information Society. The book is now available through Oceana Publications. The work is the first substantive chapter of the book and was used to set the stage for following chapters.
