Arent Fox attorneys Lowell Brown, Sarah Benator and Patricia Kosich have been published in Health Lawyers Weekly, the official publication of the American Health Lawyers Association. AHLA is the nation's largest, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to legal issues in the health care field with more than 10,000 members. 

Their article, “Do the New Revisions to the EMTALA Interpretive Guidelines Allow California Physicians to Send Non-Physician Representatives to the ED for Consult?,” was originally published on the Arent Fox Web site as a Legal Alert. The Alert was picked up by the American Health Lawyers Association, which asked permission to publish it as an article in Health Lawyers Weekly.
