Arent Fox partner Tony Lupo and associates David Modzeleski and Eva Pulliam, were published in the February issue of E-Commerce Reports. Their article “The North Face Apparel Corp. v Fujian Sharing Import & Export Ltd: An Analysis” discusses a recent decision by a judge in the US District Court for the Southern District of NY that provides owners of the clothing brands ‘The North Face’ and ‘Polo Ralph Lauren’ the power to shut down websites selling counterfeit goods of their product and seize all proceeds that were attained.
