The NYIPLA Committee on Continuing Legal Education is pleased to present the NYIPLA CLE Fall One-Day Program on Friday, November 17, 2006. This exciting one-day program will be comprised of five panels covering timely topics in the following areas:

• Litigation
• Licensing
• Patent Prosecution
• International IP Enforcement
• Ethical Issues

NYIPLA President Marylee Jenkins will be presiding over this event, and Rochelle Seide will be speaking on the topic of Don't Get Burned - What You Need To Know About Inherent Anticipation.

This program will start at 8:55 AM and will conclude at 4:50 PM and offer a total of 7.5 NYS CLE Credits. Registration is $295 for Members and $350 for Non-Members.
