Arent Fox partner Connie Raffa will be speaking before the Home Care Association of New York State on the topic “Targeted Risk Areas in Home Care” at 3:15 pm on September 10, 2009.

The HCA workshop will include information and insights on what to expect when you are tapped for an audit, your appeal rights, information on Recovery Audit Contractors (RACs), and recommendations on internal controls and processes for identifying targeted risk areas.
