Tom Jeffry will be a speaker at the American Health Lawyers Association’s Annual Meeting. The title of his presentation is “The Invasion of the RACs, Stories and Strategies from the Front Line,” which will include discussions on: changes to the current RAC program; compliance as your best strategic defense and steps to take to mitigate the impact of RACs; and rules of engagement: how and when to challenge RAC determinations.
