Arent Fox’s David Dubrow to Introduce Fannie Mae EVP as Keynote Speaker at ULI Real Estate Trends Conference
On April 9, Arent Fox partner David Dubrow will introduce the afternoon keynote speaker at Urban Land Institute’s Washington DC Real Estate Trends Conference, the region’s largest and most prestigious real estate conference and networking event.
David will introduce Ken Bacon, the executive vice president for Housing and Community Development at Fannie Mae, which has been one of Arent Fox’s most valued clients for nearly 20 years.
Ken’s keynote address, which starts at 1:15 pm, will focus on Fannie Mae’s role in the housing markets today, underlying financial trends, Fannie’s outlook on the multifamily and single family markets across the country, and expectations for the housing markets over the next 12 months.
Ken, a talented real estate and finance professional, helps make Fannie Mae a model company focused on achievement, service and reliability.
Following the conference, David, along with Arent Fox’s Richard Brand, Kacey Foster, Joanna Giasafakis, Natasha Harris, Esther Rabin, and newly hired partner Jacqueline Weiss will host Fannie Mae in our suite at the Verizon Center, where the playoff-bound Washington Wizards will take on the team with the best record in the NBA, the Boston Celtics.
April 9 promises to be a great day of education, business development and networking with one of our most important clients.
