Arent Fox’s Kristine Dunne will be a panel member at the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) Annual Conference being held at the Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile Hotel in Chicago, Illinois from June 27-30, 2012. On June 30, Kristine will be speaking on a topic titled “OFCCP Update – What you Need to Know to Prepare for and Complete an Audit.” The session will address federal contractors’ employment-based affirmative action requirements and is relevant to US colleges and universities, many of which are federal contractors subject to affirmative action requirements.
