Arent Fox partner Ross Buntrock will speak at ACI’s Advanced Forum on International & Cross-Border Payments, taking place November 27-28 at The Carlton Hotel in New York City. On November 28, Ross will speak on a topic titled, “International Regulatory and Compliance Considerations Part I: Assessing the Impact of U.S. Laws on Cross-Border and International Transactions and An Overview of Global Trends, Sanctions Regimes, and Key Issues.” The session will highlight, among others, key issues being addressed on a global basis, how the US regulatory and enforcement framework compares to other frameworks, and best practices for dealing with multinational jurisdictions.
