Arent Fox is co-sponsoring a conference with the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) on October 20, 2011 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The program is entitled “Recent Trends in Global Trade Compliance and Enforcement” and will address compliance and enforcement issues in the areas of FCPA/anti-corruption, export controls, and import/customs. Phil English, Myles Getlan, Matt Nolan, and Peter Unger will be speaking at the conference.
