Lupo, head of the firm’s fashion and apparel practice, for an in-depth discussion with Kevin Plank, the CEO of Under Armour, at the 2011 Bisnow Growth Expo and Dining Schmoozarama on October 11. They will discuss the growth of the fashion and sports apparel market and the many business and legal issues confronting the global fashion apparel industry including sports and fashion marketing, the convergence of the sports performance apparel industry and the world of fashion, and the use of celebrity spokespersons in advertising.

The 2011 Bisnow Growth Expo is a daylong series of events, exhibits, and presentations featuring some of the most prominent and respected business leaders in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. The Expo will be held Tuesday, October 11 from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC. Beginning at 4:15 pm, Mr. Lupo and Mr. Plank’s discussion will conclude the day’s events.

The Expo will be followed by reception and dinner catered by 25 of DC’s top restaurants held at the historic Mellon Auditorium.
