Arent Fox’s Michael Burton, a partner in the firm’s international trade group, will moderate the ABA Section of International Law’s “Nuclear Export Controls – Part 2: Meet the Regulators” seminar on February 22, 2012 at the Washington, DC office of Arent Fox. The second half of this series introduces key policy makers in the three primary US agencies administering US nuclear export controls: The Nuclear Regulatory Commission, The Department of Energy, and the Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry & Security. The regulators will discuss issues related to their respective agencies’ export controls, with a focus on jurisdictional issues.
