Arent Fox partner Michael Burton will be moderating a two-part webinar series titled “Nuclear Export Controls” presented by the American Bar Association Section of International Law.

The first half of this series is designed to provide an overview of the regulations governing the export of nuclear-related goods, technology, and services. The second half of this series introduces key policy-makers in the three primary US agencies administering US nuclear export controls.

Panelists will include Ajay Kuntamukkala of Hogan Lovells; Elina Teplinsky of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP; Steve Clagett of the Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry & Security, Richard Goorevich of the Department of Energy; and Brooke Smith of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
