Arent Fox partners Andrew Silfen, Leah Eisenberg, and Jeffrey Rothleder will be panel members at the Association for Insolvency & Financial Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) 28th Annual Conference being held at the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco from June 6-9, 2012. Leah Eisenberg will co-chair the Pre-Conference All-Day Financial Advisors’ Toolbox Program which focuses on Pre-Bankruptcy Planning, DIP Financing, 13 Week Cash Flow, Plan Funding and related topics.

On June 6, Leah and Jeffrey will be speaking at various sessions at the Financial Advisors’ Toolbox Program. The sessions will address topics such as pre-bankruptcy planning, valuation of secured assets, considering restructuring alternatives, DIP financing, plan funding and valuation issues.

On June 9, Andrew Silfen will be speaking on a topic titled “Significant Litigation and Practice Changes.” This panel will address the Stern v. Marshall case, including its implications and subsequent related cases.
