Arent Fox partner Lisa Estrada will speak at the Health Care Compliance Association's North Central Regional Annual Conference, taking place October 5, 2012 at the Marriott Indianapolis North in Indianapolis. Lisa will speak on a topic titled, "The Affirmative Obligation to Report/Return Overpayments: Raising the Stakes for Compliance Managers." The session will address the impact of the 60 day report and return requirement on investigations and due diligence, how and when to evaluate compliance issues uncovered by separate investigation/diligence, and strategic considerations for disclosure while government investigation or transaction is pending.
