Arent Fox partner Mike Stevens will speak at the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors Meeting, taking place October 9, 2012 at O’Donnell’s Restaurant in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Mike will speak on a topic titled “Understand What You Are Signing,” which will cover indemnification and hold harmless clauses, subrogation issues, termination provisions, and the removal of personnel among other issues.
