Arent Fox Partner Ralph Mittelberger will be participating in BNA's Pharmaceutical Patent Law Conference, taking place in Arlington, VA on November 12, 2008. The theme of this conference is “A Prescription for Success in Challenging Times,” with education sessions on topics such as patent litigation and settlement strategies, product life cycle management and what to expect from the next Congress.

Ralph will be speaking on the panel “Import and Export Issues.”
