Arent Fox partner Bernice Leber will moderate a CLE program, "Bargaining for Advantage in Mediation."

Presented by the Honorable Kathleen A. Roberts, this program is for Arent Fox attorneys and their general counsel clients. Topics include how top attorneys partner with their clients to get the best results in mediation by strategic use of the mediator as well as common mistakes that attorneys and their clients make in mediation. This program is eligible for 1.5 NY CLE credits. For CLE compliance purposes, all breaks and meals must be separate from program content.

Judge Roberts is a former US magistrate judge for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) and, for the last 12 years, a full-time mediator and arbitrator with JAMS-The Resolution Experts.

Clients will receive a copy of the book "Bargaining for Advantage" by G. Richard Shell.
