Arent Fox partner David Evans will co-chair the 2007 Consumer Protection Conference being held on January 29-30 in Washington, DC. This comprehensive conference will bring together the leading government enforcers, public interest lawyers, and private practitioners to discuss the most pressing issues in consumer protection law today. This two day program is being presented by the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law.

Evans is currently a member of the Section’s Council and is its Consumer Protection Coordinator. In addition to co-charing, he will moderate a luncheon panel between former Federal Trade Commission Chairmen Tim Muris and Robert Pitofsky.
