    • Application to apprentices
    • Wage determinations
    • Certified Payroll Reports
    • Prevailing Wage Requirements attached to new programs
    • Compliance and enforcement

    This presentation will afford attendees an opportunity to have a direct dialogue with Christopher Alund, Director at the Bureau of Public Work of the New York State Department of Labor and Carl P. Smith, Deputy Regional Administrator, Northeast Region at the United States Department of Labor - Wage and Hour Division. The program will be moderated by Darrell S. Gay of Arent Fox LLP.
