A Dialogue with the New York State Department of Labor's Carmine Ruberto
This discussion will address compliance with the New York State Wage and Hour Laws, including but not limited to:
- Provisions related to changes in the law by the implementation of The Wage Theft Prevention Act;
- Changes to the law pursuant to the new consolidated Wage Order for the Hospitality Industry;
- The New York Domestic Workers Bill of Rights
The presentation will afford attendees an opportunity to have a direct dialogue with Carmine Ruberto, the leading representative of the New York State Department of Labor, on issues that are of concern to all employer representatives, human resources personnel and labor/employment attorneys.
