Arent Fox partner Kay Georgi will be speaking at the 2007 Annual Conference of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on October 23, 2007.

Ms. Georgi’s speech, titled “Export Enforcement and the Consequences of Non-Compliance,” will focus on recent trends in export enforcement under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
