Arent Fox will moderate a program titled “Fallout from the Berger Commission: The Regulatory and Legal Outlook” on December 6. The program will discuss the impact that the recent report of the Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century will have on the health care industry in New York. The event is being co-sponsored by The New York Society for Health Planning and The New York Association for Ambulatory Care along with the AIA New York Chapter Health Facilities Committee.
