Fellows for Urban Land Institute's, Rose Center for Public Leadership in Land Use

    Ellen McCarthy has been invited as a faculty member for the inaugural class of Fellows for Urban Land Institute's, Rose Center for Public Leadership in Land Use. The 12 fellows include the mayors of Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Nashville and Phoenix, and they in turn choose three senior officials and identify a particular land use related problem which they want to focus on. Tony Williams serves on the Advisory Board for the Rose Center. Other speakers include Bill Hudnut, former mayor of Indianapolis, Alexander Garvin, former head of the NYC Planning Commission; developers; and planning directors.
