The New York Institute of Credit and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors present “A Half-Day Bankruptcy and Restructuring Event.” This program features two sessions on bankruptcy developments in 2006 and potential issues in 2007.

Andrew Silfen, Arent Fox partner and co-chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group, will moderate the first session, titled “Restructuring and Bankruptcy 2006.” This session will review:

• Recent developments in bankruptcy, restructurings and creditor-debtor law over the past year
• Leading cases from the 2nd and 3rd circuits in 2006
• Ramifications and implications of 2006 developments and decisions and practical suggestions
