On September 15, Lowell Brown was a speaker at The Heritage Foundation’s “Obamacare - Rewarding the Trial Bar and Promoting Litigation?” The topic discussed The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 and the sweeping changes in legislation, in existing law, and new regulations issued by Health & Human Services. Congressman Tom Price of Georgia was the keynote speaker, and the co-panelist was Tom Christina, a former Associate Deputy Attorney General of the United States.
