How the GSA Can Help You Realize Your Project’s Potential

    Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, now in her 10th term as a Member of the US House of Representatives for the District of Columbia, and current chair of the House Subcommittee on Economic Development, Public Buildings, and Emergency Management, will deliver the opening remarks at this session, which will focus on (i) the General Services Administration’s (GSA) procurement procedures for both owned and leased real estate; (ii) President Obama’s directive to eliminate excess space while moving towards a clean energy economy; and (iii) GSA’s push for “green buildings.”

    This event will take place on Thursday, October 14, at 11:15 am at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

    The discussion will be moderated by Richard A. Newman, co-chair of the Public Finance Group at Arent Fox LLP.
