Brett Kappel will speak at the Innovate to Motivate: Motivating PAC and Grassroots Participation conference on the topic “It's A New Day: Recent Developments in Corporate Political Communications Law that Help PAC Fundraisers.” This session will address the recent decisions in Emily's List and Citizens United as well as several recent FEC advisory opinions and will explore how the changing legal landscape has opened up new opportunities for corporate advocacy programs.
