Labor and employment partner Stewart Manela spoke at the Midyear Meeting of the ABA Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee on April 3, 2008 in Dana Point, California. His panel, titled, “Labor and Employment Law on the Cutting Edge,” addressed a variety of hot topics in employment law, Supreme Court decisions in the current term and other recent developments. Stewart is a former Management Chair of the ABA Committee.
