Mr. O'Brien is speaking at the 10th Annual Entertainment and Media Law Conference, sponsored by Southwestern Law School. He will be a panelist covering the topic, "Rights (and Wrongs) of Publicity: The Evolving Law of Misappropriation."  The event is being held on January 17, 2013 at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood, CA.
