Arent Fox LLP will host a complimentary seminar at each of our three offices in the month of April to discuss issues surrounding electronic discovery. The first seminar will be at our DC office on April 2, 2008, with the NY and LA seminars following on April 9 and April 23, respectively.

Discussion topics will include satisfying preservation duties, organizing and implementing litigation holds, preparing for the Rule 26 conference, and reducing e-discovery costs.

Lunch service will begin at 12:00 pm. The presentation will begin promptly at 12:30 pm.
