Arent Fox LLP, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Shattuck Hammond will host a complimentary seminar titled "The Nonprofit Environment in New York: A Financial and Real Estate Perspective" on September 24, from 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Arent Fox's New York office located at 1675 Broadway.

Discussion topics will include: overview of the nonprofit environment in New York, the lease or buy process, bond basics, finance 101, and various breakout groups. Breakout group topics include: modeling rehab/construction/project cost, quick credit scoring, bonds, IRS Form 990 issues, political activities and green/LEED issues.
