Pam Deese will present the topic of Patent Licensing in Standards: How the Deal is Done. The proposed program will discuss how such licenses are actually negotiated and structured between patentees and licensees. Specifically, the panel will describe the inclusion of such patent licenses in broader portfolio licenses, cross-licenses and other technology and services agreements.
