Rebuilding America: The Growing Challenges of Transportation Infrastructure

On Friday, September 14, Arent Fox will host a Transportation Forum featuring William “Bill” Shuster, U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania’s 9th congressional district and a member of the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, where he chairs the Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials and is a member of the Subcommittees on Highways & Transit and Water Resources & Environment.
During this free event, Rep. Shuster will speak on the topic, “Rebuilding America: The Growing Challenges of Transportation Infrastructure.” Following the speech, audience members are invited to ask Rep. Shuster questions regarding the many issues facing the U.S. transportation industry.
This is a unique opportunity to hear from Rep. Shuster on the state of America’s transportation infrastructure and to solicit his feedback on your most pertinent transportation-related questions.
The program will begin at 8:30 am on the seventh floor of Arent Fox’s Washington, DC office at 1050 Connecticut Ave, NW. Registration will open promptly at 8:00 am and light fare will be available. Arent Fox Co-Chair of the Government Relations Group and former U.S. Congressman Phil English and Arent Fox Senior Policy Advisor and former U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan will both be present at the event, as well.
