This presentation will discuss the EU’s new telecoms regulatory package, which was adopted by the EU institutions at the end of last year and should be formally implemented by the 27 EU Member States by May 2011. The new regulatory package will bring significant changes to the shape of regulation in the telecoms, media and technology (TMT) sector in Europe and will have a significant impact for TMT businesses active in the region.
