Arent Fox partner Thor Hearne has been invited by William & Mary Law School to speak at the 8th annual Bringham – Kanner Property Rights Conference in Beijing, China in October. Thor will be one of the few practicing attorneys invited to address the conference and will be joined by Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and several notable authorities on the Fifth Amendment and property rights including Richard Epstein, James Ely and Richard Pipes, among others.
