Presented by the University of Texas School of Law and the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), VALCON brings together leading members of the distressed investing, restructuring and valuation communities.

The panel, entitled "Valuation Case Law Update: Legal and Financial Perspectives," will discuss recent and significant court decisions involving plan and enterprise valuation as well as valuation methodologies used in bankruptcy preceedings.
