The University of Texas School of Law and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors present the VALCON Conference. This conference features leading dealmakers, specialists, bankers, attorneys, judges and valuation experts discussing cutting-edge issues on distressed debt, restructurings and valuations of distressed companies.

Andrew Silfen, Arent Fox partner and co-chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group, will moderate a panel on Friday, February 9, titled “Transactions and Valuations: Key Issues in Today’s Climate.” This panel will examine key valuation issues that arise in real-world transactions, restructurings and bankruptcies from the perspective of attorneys, investment bankers and valuation experts.
