Arent Fox’s Joe Bowser was quoted in Capacity Magazine’s article “Policing the Internet” published on August 20, 2011 discussing a recent UK high court decision against BT to block access to a website linked to pirate content of various Hollywood studios.  Joe explains some of the implications to BT – and other ISPs and content owners in the UK – of the injunction awarded in favor of the studios as BT becomes obligated to block access to the file-sharing website.
